Renting from us
Please read these rental terms before booking so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any questions, send us a message and we will be happy to help.
Booking Your Rental
Your rental date(s) are confirmed once payment is received. For online bookings, your selected date(s) will be held for 20 minutes while you complete your payment. Once payment is confirmed, your rental is officially booked. Please complete payment within the 20-minute hold period to ensure you don't lose your selected date(s).
Payment
Unless you have already paid online, full payment is due in cash at the time of pickup or delivery.
Pickup & Return
Pickup is available during the hours shown when you book your rental. Your rental must be returned by closing time on the last day of your booking so it is ready for the next customer. Returns made after closing time will be considered an additional day's rental and will be charged accordingly.
Date Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your rental date or cancel? Message us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the more we can do to help.
Delivery
Delivery is available for most rental items. The delivery fee is based on your location and will be shown before you book. One delivery fee covers both drop-off and pickup, so there are no separate delivery charges.
Prices & Charges
All rental prices are listed in Belize dollars (BZ$). Online payments are processed in U.S. dollars (US$) at the fixed exchange rate of BZ$2 = US$1, as our card processor is unable to process payments directly in Belize dollars.
